As an Independent School, All Saints School has a Board of Directors, Mrs J Gardiner as Managing Director and Mrs R Smith as Bursar and an Independent Mediator, Rev. N. Paterson.

The role of the mediator is to become involved as an external, independant and unbiased arbitrator who will mediate between the school and parents/carers of a student if a problem arises that cannot be resolved directly. The mediator will help both parties recognise and understand what the issue is and work towards a solution that is acceptable to both.

Our mediator would normally only become involved if an issue could not be resolved directly with the school through current procedures already in place.
