Welcome to the All Saints School Web site.

We hope you find your visit constructive, but invite you to contact the school for further information and an opportunity to meet the staff.

Opened in 1987, All Saints is an independent day school, with Foundation stage, Junior and Senior departments.

We aim to provide a friendly and well structured environment for learning. Staff are aware that each pupil will have differing needs, strengths and weaknesses, but with praise and encouragement all pupils will gain in confidence, learn about themselves and reach their full potential, academically and creatively.

Pupils are encouraged to become aware of the needs and aspirations of those around them and, with joint Concerts and end of year Drama productions, have opportunities to learn and share with each other. Teaching at All Saints is by fully qualified staff, including the use of specialist teachers in both Junior and Senior sections, small classes allow teachers to work individually with their pupils during the school day, allowing for progress according to their own ability; many of the more able students will be expected to gain A Grade passes in their G.C.S.E. results.

Pupils may join All Saints in the foundation stage class at the age of three. There is no entry examination for new pupils in the main school, but all will be invited to attend school for two days, where they will be informally assessed. No child will be accepted into All Saints with severe behavioural problems which are considered to be to the detriment of others. All Saints prides itself in the work achieved in the field of those with Specific Learning Difficulties and all staff draw upon the experience of the qualified Dyslexic Teachers for guidance.

The school derives its name from the local All Saints Village Church which, with the Happisburgh lighthouse, provides an idyllic rural setting, it is completely inter-denominational and happily accepts children from all cultures.

The School's Policies and Complaints Procedure are available from the School Office.
